Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your BLINGLET® — and if you don’t, we’ve got you covered.

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • To qualify, your BLINGLET® must be in unused condition, free of makeup, lotion, or signs of wear in the original resealable pouch, and with any freebies/packaging included.

  • For a refund, return shipping is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

  • For an exchange (e.g., different color), Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back, and we’ll cover shipping for the new item headed your way.

  • Please note: If the item shows signs of wear, is missing packaging, or is returned after 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or offer store credit only.

  • To start a return, email us at hello@shopsparklesquad.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the steps.
